Highwoods Garden Waste Petition

The Liberal Democrat City Council plans to charge residents for collecting their garden waste during a cost-of-living crisis. Moreover, residents in Lib Dem-held Mile End already have wheelie bins, but residents of Highwoods will be required to purchase one to participate in this scheme. With fly-tipping running rampant across our city, this policy is an expensive burden on Highwoods residents.
